If any part of your program is not viewing properly, you will need to reinstall these plugins.

The following settings and plugins must be active in order to view this course:
   
1. The latest version of Adobe Flash Player flash
   
2. The latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader acrobat reader
     
3. Cookies must be enabled Most of the time you can enable your cookies by entering your course Username and Password a second time.

     
4. Pop-Up Blockers must be turned "Off" This is a setting inside of your browser.

Directions for Enabling Cookies :


PC BROWSERS

Internet Explorer 7+

  1. In the Menu bar, select:
    Tools > Internet Options > Privacy tab
    The Privacy Settings box appears.
  2. Drag the slider down to Accept All Cookies.
  3. Click OK to close Internet options.
  4. Close all Web browsers.
  5. Open a new browser.

Internet Explorer 6+

  1. In the Menu bar, select:
    Tools > Internet Options > Privacy tab > Advanced.
    The Advanced Privacy Settings box appears.
  2. In the Cookies section, choose Override automatic cookie handling.
  3. Under First-party Cookies, select Accept.
  4. Under Third-party Cookies, select Block.
  5. Select Always allow session cookies.
  6. Click OK to close the Advanced Privacy Settings box.
  7. Click OK to close Internet options.
  8. Close all Web browsers.
  9. Open a new browser.

Mozilla Firefox 2.0+

  1. Click on the Tools menu, select Options...
  2. Click on Privacy icon at the top.
  3. Check the Allow cookies from sitescheckbox.
  4. Click OK to save your changes.
  5. Close all Web browsers.
  6. Open a new browser.

Mozilla Firefox 1.0+

  1. Go to the Tools menu.
  2. Select Options.
  3. Select the Privacy icon in the left panel.
  4. Check the box corresponding to Allow sites to set cookies.
  5. Click OK to save changes.
  6. Close all Web browsers.
  7. Open a new browser.

 Mac Browsers

Apple Safari 2+

  1. Select Safari from the top menu.
  2. Select Preferences .
  3. Click on the Security Icon (lock).
  4. Under Accept Cookies, click the radio button next to Always.
  5. Or you can limit cookies by selecting, Only from sites you navigate to (default setting).
  6. Close all Web browsers.
  7. Open a new browser.

Apple Safari 1+

  1. On the Safari menu, click Preferences.
  2. Select Security in the top navigation bar.
  3. Check the Always radio button in the "Accept Cookies" section.
  4. Close all Web browsers.
  5. Open a new browser.

Mozilla Firefox 2+

I have had some difficulty locating directions for the Mac verision of Firefox 2.0, but I am guessing that it would be very similar to the steps for Firefox 1.0 listed below. 

Mozilla Firefox 1+

  1. From the Firefox menu select Preferences.
  2. Click on the Privacy icon.
  3. Click on the Cookies tab.
  4. Check checkbox to Allow sites to set Cookies.
  5. Close all Web browsers.
  6. Open a new browser.
